INFORMATION PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
under Legislative Decree 23 June 2003 No 196.

WHEREAS:
The new law on privacy is collected in the Code for the Protection of Personal Data, approved by Legislative Decree June 23, 2003 196, code that we aim to fully quoted and can be read on the web at the Privacy Guarantor; address www.garanteprivacy.it.

ORIGIN OF RECORDING DATA MODULE
Data collected by our registration forms belong to the Legislative Decree no. 196/03 as personal data. The processing of data protecting the confidentiality of the User and consists of the collection, storage, organization, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, distribution, deletion, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the above activities. The treatment of user data will be mainly using automated and computerized, in rispect with the rules of confidentiality and security required by law.
Requested data are needed to improve management procedures, in case you do not wish to provide the required data entries will be considered valid and therefore prevent us from entertaining business relationships.

EXTRACT THE LEGISLATIVE
Article 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no 196 rules such as following the "Right to access personal data and other rights": 1. You have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection b) the processing of personal data concerning him for sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
